About Me

I started playing music as a little kid when my Mom showed me a few tunes on piano (to keep me out of her hair no doubt). Once Michael had rowed his boat ashore one too many times, I moved on to an old classical acoustic that was kicking around our house, which I used to bang out a version of Highway to Hell that would likely make Andres Segovia and Angus Young both spin in their graves (opposite directions I can only assume). After butchering most of the existing AC/DC catalogue on an acoustic guitar, I finally got my first electric, and an addiction was born. Spent a couple years at college studying guitar, did some teaching, did some gigs I really loved but didn't pay too well, did some gigs that sucked but paid really well, and blew out my voice playing top 40 in Dubai. Now I'm rehabbing my voice and practicing my ass off, looking forward to playing live again.
