Band Members: Mike Lahey picked up a guitar when he was 16. Tommy wouldn't let his younger brother play his new guitar, so Mike sold his dust-ridden trumpet to purchase an Epiphone POS Acoustic. "Angelle" took Mike everywhere from campfires to beach jams, to late night serenades of lovely ladies. The music eventually led Mike to the University of Louisiana, where he graduated with a bachelor's of Music Media. He presently teaches music at the Acadiana School of the Arts in Lafayette, and plays around town with DIRTY LAUNDRY -------------------------------
, DROWSY MAGGIE , and -------------------------------- THE PICARDY BIRDS Mike has been writing new material for his newly formed MIKE LAHEY TRIO , which will feature Body, Mind, and Soul Music. Mike also just formed the new MIKE & TREY'S EXPLORATORY FUNK ROCKET , and plays every Sunday at ST. JOSEPH'S IN MILTON 5PM MASS Mike now hangs out with his new love, "Annie," and enjoys ultimate frisbee and surfing.
