About Me

I have been playing and singing since I was12...that was a few years ago. Played in various bands around Buffalo, NY (e.g., Hard Times), toured with a band from Niagara Falls in 1972, which included a gig touring with the late (and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer) Cornell Gunter and the Coasters. Left all that to go back to school, etc., but always played, sometimes in church, sometimes with friends. In 2005 I got married, moved to Saratoga Springs and found the Caffe Lena open mic - great friends and musicians and very supportive. I recently released a CD - Old Blues - including three originals and eight tunes by masters of acoustic blues, including Blind Blake, Blind Willie Johnson, Blind lemon Jefferson, Charlie Patton, Tommy McClennan and Rev.
