Clifford(Gutta)Vann Jr, birthday febuary 18, 1992(15). Born and raised in Joliet,IL. He's from the HIll also known as the first projects, just off of Woodruff. Ever since he attended A.O Marshall grade school he and his friend Burt(Bezzy)Barton, who is now a member of the Go Gettaz, has had the love for music. They would come home from school everyday with beats and write like four or five songs a day cause dat's what they loved too do. "My mom, and everyone else always would tell me as a youngin, and till this day that i would be somthing and make somthing outta of my music. Hoping too take my god givin talent too the top". Clifford wrote his first rap at the age of seven.
As his skill grew, and his love for the music, Clifford wont'd too be heard. "Bezzy,and i been together forever but we decided too make a group when we were in the seventh grade at Gompers Junior HighSchool. Bezzy,Kenyon(Mike)Smith,and i was always together. Anthony(Fresh)Smith who is now a member of Go Gettaz also is Kenyon's brother,so we alway's knew fresh and decided too click and connected from there.
The original group name was the Rockstar'z,then the Block Boyz. "I think we should be the Go Gettaz cause dats what we is". Said Gutta. That's how the whole Go Gettaz movement started. They then hooked up with Gutta's uncle Willie(Gorilla Beatz)Vann. He produced and had a studio so it was love from the jump. There now making moves as a group,and trying too put there town on the map while getting heard. They recently recruited Luther(KILLA)Moore coming from the East Side of Joliet.
The Go Gettaz is now featuring on the Life Of A Rockstar mixtape being hosted by Jim Jones from DipSet. There now about too release a new mixtape(MidWest Monsta'z vol.1) being hosted by Dj Flipcyide.
