Our mission as Victory Dolls is to learn and grow both personally and within the competitive world of women's flat track roller derby by remaining solidified with our fellow teammates, by exhibiting respect in the way we communicate, and honor in the way we train and compete. It is our intention to both practice and hold ourselves to the highest standards of sportswomanship. We are strong, independent women who have banded together to do what is best for our team, our communities, and ourselves.
