Fluentz, real name Christophe, started playing records at the age of 15. At that time the music he played was mostly commercial dance music. But after visiting the record store a few times he started to know some new artists and recordlabels. In the beginning of discovering this new music scene he bought mostly techno records of labels like, tresor, stigmata, axis,... Now a days when he plays techno, he prefers the techno with a darker side, off beat and the older stuff. But he doesn’t want to focus on only one style, as long as it is electronic music.
In 2003 he and some friends founded the party concept “Detroit Violenceâ€. This concept still exists and has given some great party’s at venues like The Punch and club Decadance. Meaning of this party is giving the people a techno party, in a great atmosphere with some of the greatest dj ' s.
After some time deejaying, his musical taste has evolved to more medolic stuff, house and techhouse is his new love. You can espect funky and jacking house sets with some off te finest classics. Inspired by dj ’ s and producers like Raoul, Dennis Ferrer, Derick Carter,... and labels like Aroma, Visitor, Drop Music,... In the summer of 2006 he had played on the Kozzmozz stage at the Feest in het Park festival, amongst side Derrick May, Jack de Marseille and the Dominators. You also can find him on United Baseline bookingsagency roster!
