South Coast Quake are a paintball team from the south of England. Started by a group of friends who wanted to break away from the rec ball scene, Quake started out playing 3 and 5 man tournements arround the country. With a few additions to the roster Quake soon broke into the 7 man scene and started out playing the southwest paintball league in division 4. After another roster shuffle Quake started to take things a little more seriously and started playing the M25 league in division 4 and soon progressed up the ladder into division 1, placing first at a number of events. After the M25 league finished Quake started playing Dartford 7's in division 2 and later progressed to division 1 placing at a number of events. The following year Quake trained hard and with the promise of promotion into the Pro Tour, commited to playing every event in division one of the Natwest Southern Paintball League. After placing at a nummber of events Quake placed first overall in the NSPL. This included playing the Pro Tour format at Heavens Gate. This was a huge achievment for Quake and showed that the hard work and training was finally paying off. They placed second. Unfortunatly the Pro Tour fell through, and Quake never got the chance to play, leaving them without direction at the start of this season. Although Quake have not committed to playing a series this year they have been training hard against other powerhouse teams in the UK. Quake placed first at this years Heavens Gate, with a nailbiting final match against Shockwave. Quake are currently one of the most competative AM teams in the UK and will continue to improve their core skills and represent their sponsers in a positive light through fair, aggressive paintball and a friendly, helpful attitude off field.
