Elm City Scooter Club Presents:
New Haven… the city that brought you the Cotton Gin, the Erector Set, and the first Frisbee; now brings you another instant classic—the 3rd Annual "Your Scooter Sucks" Rally presented by the Elm City Scooter Club September 26-28, 2008 in New Haven, city that made Connecticut famous.
While you’re not guaranteed to leave with a Cotton Gin in your rally bag or a scale model of the Eiffel tower complete with motorized parts, you are promised a fun-filled weekend of amazing rides, serious chow, and even a quick look at some modular Swedish furniture. What could be better?
2008 Rally Itinerary:
Friday Night

7pm - 2am Rudys meet and greet

DJ Chris Prorock, and DJ Raul Camacho spin soul, reggae, mod and punk till the Yalie's ears bleed.

9pm Elm City Dave leads the "where the fuck am I" Krispy Kreme ride
Saturday
*
10am Meet up at Nica's Market, bagels and coffee provided other food available for purchase from Nica's
*
12 noon Rally ride departs
*
Return from ride to Cafe9, eat Southern BBQ, have raffle, drink beer

Sunday

10am to 12 noon breakfast at Ikea, fill up on Swedish meatballs and lingonberry juice

12 noon Scenic New Haven ride, featuring 2 rocks and a light house

Post ride burger at Rudy's for the people who just wont go home
*
Tearful goodbyes, assurances that this was the best rally of the year and soulful promises to come again next year
