The Wishlist Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded by Pearl Jam fans to raise money for charity.
Wishlist Foundation's primary purpose is charitable, out of love for and thanks to Pearl Jam for their inspiring music. Our mission is to bring Pearl Jam fans together for worthwhile causes while enjoying the music, friendship, community and events that Pearl Jam inspires.
No member or volunteer benefits financially from the Foundation in any way. Proceeds from Wishlist Foundation projects are donated to tax-exempt organizations, such as our primary beneficiary, the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA).
We plan to work with several other charitable organizations and provide support, education and donations through our web site, www.wishlistfoundation.org , our Pearl Jam Fan Pre-Parties, local events as well as sales of t-shirts, posters and other Pearl Jam memorabilia from our storefront .
The Wishlist Foundation was founded in 2006 as a way to help organize the 'Official Pearl Jam Fan CCFA Pre-Parties & Fundraisers' that were evolving to support Pearl Jam's US tour. We are currently looking for not only volunteers, but also people who want to take more of an active organizational role in the Foundation.
Egos are left at the door, elitism is non-existent and we all work together for a common goal. Every event organizer, volunteer, merch donor and financial donor has an intrinsic part in the success of this organization.

You can register at our web site, sign up for our newsletter, post on our forums and tell your friends. We're working on a membership plan and we'll keep you updated! You can also make a donation or purchase some of the cool merch we have at our storefront.
Our first goal was to raise $30,000 for the CCFA from the Official Pearl Jam Fan CCFA Pre-Parties & Fundraisers during the 2006 Pearl Jam US tour. Thanks to all your support, the organizers and the volunteers - WE ROCKED IT! More details to follow...
Our current goal is to officially incorporate the Foundation and apply for 501(c)3 tax-exempt status from Internal Revenue Service. Incorporating will allow us to fully operate as a business organization and tax-exempt status will make your donations tax-deductible.

Right now, you can help us reach our current goal to incorporate and apply for 501(c)3 tax exempt status. There are filing fees involved with filing for both incorporation and tax exempt status (approx $800-$1,000 total). Please help by donating now!
