Hi, I'm David Wayne Reid - guitarist/vocalist/songwriter with 10+ years experience on stage and in the studio writing and recording guitar-driven rock in the vein of Foo Fighters, Stereophonics, Butch Walker, Kings of Leon, Catherine Wheel, Peter Yorn, and Superdrag.
I grew up listening to large doses of The Police, Bowie, U2, Queen, Kings X, The Cure, Cheap Trick, The Cars -- bands with brilliant songs and grand vision. After years of steadily performing on the PA/MD/DE/NJ coverband circuit I stepped away to work on original projects in the NYC area. I've had the pleasure of working with Scott Decarlo, Full Out Freak, Stephen Hund, Marcus Bennett, Jack Roberts (Mars Needs Women), and Matches F.C.
I'm now playing with DELLA VALLE . We're writing new material, and taking the show on the road in April with Stache Bash . The tracks on this page are all DELLA VALLE. I'll add more as we get the roughs worked out so we can get your feedback on new stuff. We're bringing all kinds of influences to the table on this one. Stay tuned for more updates.
