I am (in no specific order): Erika, a mom, a fairly new wife, a new step-mom to two great boys, a friend, a dental hygienist, a daughter, a sister, a niece, an aunt, a daughter-in-law, an ex-daughter-in-law (to two wonderful people who still claim me), a talker, a soccer team manager, a movie lover, an avid reader(when I have time).
I love ~ Kevin, Mackenzie, Jordan, Jayden...all the rest of my wonderful family, my great friends, reading, messing around on the computer, making slide shows, soccer (watching the kids play,not me actually playing), watching our kids play any sports, reconnecting with old friends, watching old videos from high school, making teeth cleaner, pretty teeth, the girls I work with, my patients, new scrubs, the color chocolate brown, talking on the phone, talking in general, taking pictures, looking at pictures, painting stuff, craft projects, sometimes I like to knit, people in general, laughing, movies, listening to kevin recite movie lines while watching the movie!, being in the sun, tanning, teaching people about how to take better care of their teeth, watching kids faces when they get their teeth "tickled" for the first time, remembering old times, The razorbacks, football, the 1991 SHS football team, Jesus of course, having someone write on my feet, when Kevin reaches his feet over while we are sleeping to touch mine, hugs, mexican food, chinese food, sharpies, pens and pencils, seafood, Kenzie's freckles, the smell of a clean baby, watching videos of when kenzie was a baby, the hope of the future, smiling, being happy, TIVO, being married to James Kevin Cato!
I DO NOT LOVE...statues, those who cannot be happy for others, jealous people, really crowded teeth, drugs, stuffed dead animals displayed on a wall, lies, the noise those things on the side of the interstate that make you slow down make, the noise it makes when my brother scrapes his teeth on a fork to make me mad, my daughters smart mouth, bad grades, the smell of kenzie's feet when the cleats and shin guards come off, the gynecologist (nothing personal..just don't like having to see them), parents who bring their children to the dentist after scaring them to death with stories of how bad the dentist is, evil people who abuse their children, cleaning house, the alarm in the morning, I do not enjoy giving people shots, hurting patients at work (I try my best not to!), unforgiving people who hold a grudge forever (it hurts them more than it hurts the person they are mad at), vindictiveness, dealing with money and bills, my big butt, everything bad on the news, diseases, perms, paying Social Security taxes and not knowing that it will be there when I am old enough to draw it, being sick, headaches, what I look like with my glasses on, the thought of my daughter growing up, closed minded people, stress, panic attacks, the toe nail on my baby toe, manual labor,the fact that my hair is already so gray (and has been since I was 22!), that I can't upgrade my cell phone ~ wait...I can now! lol
