I am an aspiring corporate smartass with tattoos and a large brain. I enjoy playing ice hockey...badly. I'm most distinguished with my pigtails, pink Mission stick and occasional high pitched mouse sound.
My favorite beverages include Tab, the diet drink from the 70's, not the hip energy version, Captain Morgan Tattoo, Jagermeister and a nicely mixed Cosmo...just not all together. Oh yeah...let us not forget about those delectable Knockouts from Sullivan's. Mmmm.... I can also kick back and drink beer with the boys when necessary.

I love pushing the physical limits of my body. I run. I prefer running in the dark to running during the day. Running can be such an incredible sensory experience. The world looks, smells, sounds and feels very different at night. I enjoy running in the rain and watching lightning paint the sky. I used to think I was training for a marathon, but I've recently discovered I don't enjoy running in a pack formation...
I like my Nike+ stuff.
I like people who care, manifestos, scotch tape, disturbing cinema, CaNaDiAn beer commercials, the one true American sportscar (the Corvette), Hello Kitty, the Care Bears, cute and fuzzy bunnies, pink flamingos, Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty, Purgatori, Edward Scissorhands, the Hanson Brothers (from Slapshot, not MMMBop) music, anything Christian Dior, Italian shoes, Cirque du Soleil, Jagermeister, Xbox, and napping. I love the Happy Tree Friends! I think the ability to spell and use correct grammar is sexy.
I collect art. My taste ranges from figurative like Henry Asencio to fanciful like Dr. Seuss to Tom Everhart. It's a nice array and seems to be where I'm spending most of my disposable income these days. I'm running out of walls...
I love my MacBook. It's pretty and silver and fast and the keyboard lights up. It can also take pictures of me, which I find to be pretty hilarious. I like allowing technology to invade my personal space.
I love the way a big block 454 Chevy engine smells on a cold morning and the way they can rattle the windows in a house. Some of my happiest and most devastating memories involve Corvettes...from the '62 and '67 I grew up in to my beloved 1977 Beast, three times restored.
I work in corporate America...traveling constantly in a never ending quest to sell really expensive, enterprise class software. The French Canadians like me because I can understand them...however, I speak French with a really cute and distracting american southern drawl. I don't speak English with that much of a drawl...only French...Bonjour y'all...
In my travels I have really learned to appreciate flight attendants without attitudes, who give out entire cans of soda or juice (rather than the 2 tablespoons and tons of ice) and two packets of peanuts. I also very much appreciate clean hotels with Egyptian cotton sheets and marble bathrooms.
I don't like small talk, dress codes, plastic palm trees, my blood outside of my body, puking, cleaning the house, pretense, diesel fumes, insomnia, wallpaper, stupid people, mindless drivel, Fabio...

My FAVORITE Corvette...my '77. This is what a Corvette looks like after being T-boned by an '87 Toyota 4x4. Not pretty. This was one of the worst days after of my life.
My beautiful '77 Corvette after my dad spent a year and a half putting it back together. I call him Beast (the car, not my dad)...he's very charming (again...the car) and I LOVE him (my dad AND the car).
This one was my daily driver. He's an '84 and makes an amazing amount of power for an old, beat up car.
This is my new daily driver. I just bought myself a lil yuppie car. It's a Mercedes Benz SLK350. I had to tell the Corvettes that the Benz isn't BETTER than they are. It's just different...

Ahh...the piece de resistance! Fabio...he thinks he rocks, I think he's gross, so of course I had to turn his Italian ass down. He reacted like he had never been rejected before. One look at him wearing a thong and tank top, and I developed incurable giggles. It's so hard to take a man seriously when he's wearing a thong...it's just so wrong...on so many levels.

This was my beautiful Samoyed girl, Ivory. She lived through diabetes, was blind, had pulmonary hypertension and lung disease, but always wore a lovely Sammy smile. She enjoyed barking and excavation. I loved her so much I commissioned a Georg Williams portrait of her. She went to the Rainbow Bridge on October 30, 2007, and I miss her terribly.

I also live with a 3 year old Rottweiler girlie named Fargo. She has next to no tail and has a tendency to poot...a lot. I think its because she doesn't have a tail. She's very territorial and will eat you if I tell her to. She enjoys sleeping on the couch and scaring little old ladies.

My little baby is a Yorkie boy, Bismarck, who has had a tough life so far. He's had surgery for a liver shunt--it's a congenital defect in Yorkies that forces the blood to bypass the liver. He's all better and is acting like a neurotic little dog.
