BEER! Beating the shit out of my drum kit at shows :) then beating my girl friend when I get home...haha just kidding. I love playing the drums and writing music although, I don't get to do this as often as I would like. I love spending time with my girl who is one of the most important people in my life although, she'll probably never believe that :) I have to admit she is the one thing in my life along with my family, that keeps me on the straight and narrow. I wasn't always a good ol boy but, she hung in there knowing there's a good person in there somewhere. Anyway, enough with the mushy stuff...On a different note. Did I mention BEER AND JACK! lol I currently listen to psychobilly/Punk/Surf/Industrial/EBM/ etc. Im in to B&W photography, Graphic Design , drawing and painting even though I've been out of the loop for a while :) I LOVE TO RIDE MY BIKE, Throw down a couple cold ones and party with friends. For me riding is my way of clearing my head and becoming one with myself and my surroundings. I guess this is why people say "you never see a motorcycle parked in front of a psychologist office." I'm not really in to the typical new school choppers but, I can appreciate the hard work and design. I love bobber style and cafe racer bikes. Call me old fashion but, I love anything vintage. 40's, 50's, 60's or even older. Something old school ganster about soaring down the highway slamming through the jockey shifter, with flat black paint, springer front end, white walls, ape hangers and a screamin exhaust...Damn just talking about it makes me want to ride.
Johnny Cash...kind of too late now. Sonny of the HA, original BOOZEFIGHTERS and any Honest and loyal people with similar interests. 40's-50's culture,TATS, BIKES, HOT RODS,MC CLUBS,MUSIC,etc,
I listen to a bunch of different music, Current favorites are Tiger Army, Nekromantix, Speed Crazy, (awesome band) Brass Knuckle(shout to psycho from Toronto), Mad Sin, Turbo AC's, Roger Miret and the Disasters(shout out to Brian), Rise Against, Tombstone Brawlers, Ramones, Horror Pops, Deftones, VNV nation, Suicide Commandos, Code 64, Tactical Sekt, Colony 5, Division, Wolfshiem, etc....
Swingers, and awesome movie!! t-money reminds me of my brother John soooo much. "ya soo money and you don't even know it" hahaa. I guess I like weird movies too like, the big labowski, another great one. Fear and loathing, breakfast club, pretty in pink etc etc, etc , I also love old horror flicks. Vincent Price and Boris Karloff horror.. like House on Haunted Hill and a bunch of others. As for this current era I really like Rob Zombie films. I think he's genious as a director. I think its because of his style. He tries to keep things looking like the great vintage horror movies in the past. I also like alot of old school biker films...Hells Angels69, Easy Rider, Angels as hard as they come, C.C rider etc...
American Thunder, Build or Bust, Any fabricating shows, Ride On, the history channel especially when they run shows about the good ol red&white. I like lots of detective and murder mystery shows too, first 48, court TV, etc. I like to watch the typical tattoo shows like Inked and Miami Ink. Oddly enought I like to watch shows about prison life, MSMBC-lock-up, the big house: Not sure why they interest me but, even more odd is my girlfriend watches them with me. I must say call me a wimp but, it definitely gives you just a touch of an inside look at what life is like in the joint and more importantly emphasizes that this is CLEARLY NOT A LIFE FOR THE LIGHT HEARTED. I think this is a good deterent to make kids these days conscious of their lifestyle and the CHOICES they make...remember everything's a choice...no one twists your arm to do anything none the less something that can land you in the big house :)
I like to read a bunch of different stuff, I guess I go through phases but, currently...."Street Justice" by Chuck Zito, one of the greatest books I've ever read. "Ridin High Livin Free" Sonny Barger. "Brotherhoods" another great book. "Three can keep a secret if two are dead" Yvew Lavigne. Not such a good book by the way. Another recent book is "Original Wild Ones" BOOZEFIGHTERS I have a lot of respect for them and the fact that they are keeping the history of the club alive. I also, like to read about underground operations and secret societies. Gov't corruption and investigative stuff. Although, quite different, I also find myself reading about the afterlife or at least what people perceive it to be like and metaphysical books.
My Family...especially my OL MAN (I aspire to one day be half the man he is today.)
