Crooksy's Personal Training for now is a Outdoor Fitness program. When you come and train with me you will be doing custom made circuits for your fitness level and ability. I can focus on your general fitness, core strength, motor skills, losing weight, toning and also some rehabilitation work. The Circuits are availiable in 30MIN and 1 HR sessions. Another great thing is that for every new member your first session is FREE. And for every person you sign up you can get 1 Free session*(*Free session is given after 1 full paying 1 HR session from that new member). Crooksy's Personal Training is run in the Southside Brisbane area.I work around your spare time and we can work out the best plan for you to get the most out of the training.
