About Me

I am an RN at Gritman Medical Center. I've been a nurse for a little over 4 years now. It's a thankless job sometimes but I enjoy what I do! I plan to start working on my Bachelors in Business this fall. It will give me a few more avenues to explore later on. I got married 2 years ago now in Maui to a wonderful man who I have been with for about 7 years. He served 5 1/2 years in the army. He was in Iraq for almost 8 months which was really tough. But, we have a strong relationship & we've made it through all of those hard times! He is now a 4th year student at University of Idaho. He is in the Architecture program & will graduate in a couple more years. I have a sweet little dog named Leo who is almost 6 years old. He is a shih tzu. He's our baby & he rules the house! :) He loves to play outside in his pool in the summer & just hang out with us.

My Interests

I enjoy camping, snowboarding (or trying to :), cooking & just hanging out with my family. I have become alot more adventurous since I met my husband. He is always up for something new or something fun, so he's rubbing off on me!

I'd like to meet:

I would love to meet all of the guys from TOOL & Rachael Ray from the food network. I absolutely LOVE the band TOOL! I had never heard of them until I met my husband, but they are awesome! I also love to watch Rachael Ray from Food Network!

Music:

TOOL is my favorite band. I also listen to Floater, Audioslave, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Alice in Chains, Velvet Revolver, Bob Marley, The Eagles, A Perfect Circle, Beck, Linkin Park, Avril, Evanescence. I'm not a huge country fan but everything I am ok with.

Movies:

I don't really have a favorite movie. I like comedy & suspense type movies.

Television:

I love to watch Rachael Ray from Food Network. I also like Reno 911, Family Guy, House, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, CSI, Without a Trace. Pretty much alot of the fall series shows.

Books:

A couple of my favorite books were The Last Juror by John Grisham & also the Divinci Code. I like to read more in the winter when there's not as much to do, so hopefully I'll find a good one for this winter.

Heroes:

I consider my husband one of my top heroes. He was in the army for 5 1/2 years & spent almost 8 months in Iraq. He's one of the strongest men I know, both physically & mentally. He is very giving & kind & overall just a good person. He's truly my better half. :) My grandmother is my other hero. She passed away a little over 3 years ago. She was also a very strong woman & encountered many set backs in life but kept pressing on.Pics of my baby Leo:The new Budlight Spokesman!Friends:
