The most recent update!
I just got back from missions trip in The Philippines! There my team and I helped out in orphanages, fed street children, worked with local Christian pastors, and did door to door evangelism. It was a really challenging and somewhat overwhelming trip. I have never seen such devastating poverty in my life. I grew a whole lot. I regained my passion for God, for life, and for love. And it's really exciting. If you want to talk to me about it I would love to share. I've gained a new perspective on life and I would love to let you know about it. I really appreciate all the prayer and support! Thank you so much!

Hello there,
I'm Haley Neal
or as Sarah Martinez calls me haleynealface. I love missions work an want to do it for a good portion of my life. This October I went to Nigeria with a small group of adults from my church.I've always wanted to go to Africa. The Jesus film has been translated into the Zing language so we helped to show the Gospel to people who have never heard it in their native langague before. Nigeria is in the 10/40 window which is ten degrees north to forty degrees north of the equator. It encompasses the majority of the world's Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists and is considered the most unreached [with the gospel] place in the world. I feel like I've been called to go there for so long. And it was the most life changing and revolutionary thing I have ever experienced in my life and in my walk with Christ. The people there are so full of joy and so intune with the spitit. The team from Valley Springs became my second family. Lisa inspirered me like nobodies business. I learned so much and met so many amazing people I will never forget. I saw prayer working. And I saw hundreds come to Christ every night. I am so blessed to have been able to go.Thanks so much everyone that prayed for me or supported me finachally. Everything it took to get there was very much worth it. I can't wait to go back!
