Book 'em Danno

About Me

Hawaiian music in Colorado? Yes! The sounds of Hawaii are the specialty of this Fort Collins band. Book 'em Danno evokes the spirit of the 30s and 40s swing-era with their Hapa Haole songs and swing rhythms. This four-piece group uses traditional Hawaiian instruments to blend old and new songs from Hawaii and other tropical ports into a fun, unique sound!Formed in 2001, Book 'em Danno brings traditional instruments and songs from Hawaii to land-locked fans of classic Hawaiian tunes. Steel guitar and ukulele along with acoustic bass and archtop guitar re-create the classic sounds of the islands.
