I have been on my quest in culinary arts for more than 42 years now. In April of 2006 I decided that it was time to stop cooking for the general public, after 35 years, and spend more time entertaining friends and traveling, to experience more world flavors. I closed my restaurant and have been creating & traveling ever since. It was a wise decision.
