I am 51, female, mother and grandmother. I used to be pretty wild...raced dirt bikes for awhile, went white water rafting, etc. After a bicycle injury that resulted in three surgeries, I have slowed down some.

It is largely about being bi-polar, having a tumultuous childhood and how I survived it.
