QUOTES:
"Adam Smith wears a lot of hats...booking agent for the Hummingbird in Macon Georgia, Professional Photographer, Fund Raiser, and Manager for Hank Vegas, but one look at his photography and you know where his heart lies. Whether it's the weary eyes of blues legend R.L. Burnside, the raw energy of Patterson Hood or the reflective gaze of Porter Wagoner just months before his death, Smith's art tells a story."
-Food and Culture Magazine July 2008

Photographer of the Year 2007
Adam Smith- He may have spilled his heart and soul into the blues-soaked grounds of Mississippi as he studied under the famous Annie Leibovitz , but your favorite photographer is now putting his skills to task in our growing music scene, capturing the grit, grime, and passion of our local musicians with the same fervor he uses with Porter Wagoner , Marty Stuart, Lucero, and the Drive-by Truckers.

“I think Adam Smith is as fine a photographer as anyone working these days.
His live shots somehow capture the passion of the best rock photography from the Creem Era.(High compliment from an old rock nut like me)
His portraits of old blues legends are astounding and somehow life affirming. He could end up being one of the greats.â€
-Patterson Hood (Drive-by Truckers)
