Ladies: Get out those stilettos and Guys: Grab your handcuffs...Get ready for Handcuffs and Heels. Handcuffs and Heels is a pop-rock band presently consisting of three members: Rachel (guitar/vocals), Kristi (drums), and Eric (lead guitar). Rachel and Kristi got together in the outskirts of Flint, MI in the year of 2003 only to do what they wanted to do the most: ROCK. These EX-cheerleaders decided to ditch their pom-poms in order to pursue their love for the ROCK and their love for the ROLL. In 2006, Eric joined Handcuffs and Heels and the rest is rock n' roll history. The Flint Journal describes their sound as this: Think Joan Jett kicking the crap out of the Go-Go's with Mick Jagger cheering them on." DJ Kelly Cole found three of their songs on their myspace.com site and, with their permission, started playing some of their music at the Spyder/Avalon Club in Los Angeles. "It felt like I could mix them in between any artist that came to mind," he told them. "Two musicians I've played their songs in between are Missy Elliott and Mariah Carey. ... The response from the crowd was definitely positive." Handcuffs and Heels have played on the Warped Tour for the last 2 years, and they will continue their success in the years to come. They'll rock you harder than an 80's hair band and once you've seen Handcuffs and Heels, you'll never look at a pair of stilettos in the same way again. As stated by Peter Kohan, a Sony A & R Rep., "We need more fun aggressive rock bands in the world today, like YOU!"
