Kenneth J. Poole Jr was born in May of 1968 in West Grove PA. Kennie began playing drums at the age of 8 year's old. At this age Kennie had become obsessed with the percussion instrument and never put the Styx down. He acquired his first kit at age 9,his uncle Jack Guinn had given him a 1960's orange sparkle Ludwig kit that Kennie played for almost 10 years. In this time Kennie had purchased a very nice 10 piece Pearl custom drum kit that became his signature sound for a good while before he finally found Sonor the best damn drums in the world bar NONE!
Kennie had taken lessons from such well known Drummers such as JR Moore of the Moore Brother's Band and John BamBam Lane of Bill Haley's Comet's as well as Berkeley Music School in Boston Mass. For many years Kennie has studied and perfected his signature drum sound and style that he molded from Jazz, Fusion, Metal and R&B.
