My name is Moondancer Drake and I am a student of the Dianic faith as well as a member of the Temple of Diana in Wisconsin. I draw much of my inspiration from my own spirituality as well as experiences as a Cherokee woman and a mother. I live in Milwaukee with my family, which includes my son Raistlin and my daughter Willow. If you’d have asked me that a year ago I would have said Steve Erwin. I still intend on taking a trip to Australia someday, and while there I’ll certainly be visiting Australia Zoo. Steve infected my son (who is 7 now) with his passion for animals and education and I will be forever grateful to him for that. His death effected me more than I can explain, or often understand. I still cry, and I never knew the man personally. I can say this in all certainty. The goddess was very proud of the work her son Steve did, and I will always honor him and his sprit for that gift.I got to meet one of the people I really wanted to. Peter Woodward who portrayed Galen in the Crusades ( spin off from Babylon 5). Okay, I’ve never thought a bald guy was cute before, but this man is dead sexy folks. I wasn’t a big B5 fan, but loved the whole techno mage concept. Peter is an active historian and conservationist, plus he was real nice to my son when Rai wanted a pic with him.Who is left on my wish list? Whoopi Goldberg, Ubaka Hill, and the guys that do the Upsidedown Show. Okay, and I admit it, I am a major Xena junkie, so Bruce C and Lucy L would be on my like to say hey to list.
