About Me

..

A culture. A lifestyle. A movement.

Marijuana has been used by many civilizations for over five thousand years. Why do industries such as the cotton, paper, oil and pharmaceutical spend hundreds of billions of dollars keeping cannabis and hemp illegal? Today more money is spent keeping marijuana illegal than any other substance in American history. Who is promoting this campaign of disinformation concerning cannabis? This extraordinary plant has proven invaluable in the production of environmentally friendly fuel, food, paper, clothing and even non-toxic paints and varnishes. Who is it that really feels threatened by the legalization of this truly superb plant? To this day there has never been a single death accounted from marijuana overdose. Why do we let corporate greed run critical issues such as our health and future?
Our countrys government and select corporations have enslaved us while raking in billions of dollars by keeping marijuana illegal. Its time for us to end the pressure from major corporations, corrupt politicians, and a broken legal system. We must eliminate the governments propaganda campaign of lies and finally end marijuana prohibition. The time is now!
Everyone has the right to a free and healthy life. Absolutely no one, including any system should be allowed to take away these rights. Before it was made illegal, marijuana was used for forty-seven percent of all medicines. The federal government is only imposing a layer of anxiety on sick people, and its prohibition of marijuana is a direct violation of our ninth Amendment. What happened to every citizens right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness? Are sick people no longer considered citizens in America?
One person is now arrested for it every forty-two seconds in the United States. Marijuana offenders now account for more than twenty percent of the US prison population.
People need to stop being programmed like robots, understand that they are being misinformed and need to start thinking for themselves. Drug laws are a phenomenally profitable business for the Justice Department. What is destroying American society today has destroyed an entire industry and culture for the past century. Its not marijuana; its the corporations and the government that enforce these laws that pose a real danger to all Americans. Lets learn from our past, evolve and end this serious oppression.
Only a movement can unite the people to defeat these criminal injustices that are decaying our society. FAT NUGZ is an underground, revolutionary movement that combines both education and art to support social and political change.
The only thing that can break the machine is a revolution. A revolution only happens with a movement. Every movement begins underground The underground is FAT NUGZ!

There is a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious, makes you so sick at heart, that you can't take part; you can't even passively take part, and you've got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you've got to make it stop. And you've got to indicate to the people who run it, to the people who own it, that unless you're free, the machine will be prevented from working at all." - Maria Savio, December 2, 1964 speech at Sproul Hall, University of California at Berkeley.
