About Me

Just take a look around! All questions will be answered...

My Interests

Take care of your actors.
They might just get hurt...

I’ve always been one for total creative expression and artistic endeavour; be it my own or exploring what anyone has to offer. But to be honest, my main area of focus has always been film; more specifically the dark, deviant and nightmarish underworld of HORROR CINEMA!!! Ever since I was 4 years old and saw Tom Holland’s 1988 cult success ‘Child’s Play’ for the first time (on new release no less!), I got the terror bug and fell in love with the genre from that day on. And after a temporary lull during the early to mid 1990s, I am thrilled to agree (as any fan would) that horror has finally picked itself up again and is back with a delicious vengeance, heading in an exciting new direction not seen since the good-old days!!

I’m also into making little twisted short films of my own, pushing myself forever harder to follow my dreams of one day getting into the biz and getting the opportunity to make the kind of sick and disgusting flicks that made my blood pump and heart race when I was still in grade school. Perhaps not surprisingly, I’m a collector of everything horrific and detestable, making and effort to fill the walls, floors and general atmosphere of my room with assorted horror memorabilia.

I also love to draw, paint and craft my imagination onto paper or canvas; finding great inspiration from my favourite surrealist painters such as Frances Bacon, Salvador Dali and James Gleeson. I've always felt that making artowrk is one of the exciting and intoxicating feelngs you can ever experience.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone! Just give me a nudge and I’m likely to respond. Any buddying film buffs, horror aficionados, art enthusiasts, music crazies, playboy fans...come one, come all.

Music:

Although I’ve always adored music, I don’t currently ‘follow’ it per se’. Never having been one to conform to any one particular genre, I do however, have a fondness for metal. Rob Zombie, Nine Inch Nails, Sevendust, Tool, Deftones, and Incubus are a few favs. Oddly enough though, my favourite song of all time is Roy Orbison’s ‘In Dreams’. Every time I hear his voice and those lyrics I get the same incredible chills.

Movies:

Where the hell do I start???!!! There is no way in hell this little box can accommodate the answers I have for such a question.

Oh well, I can however declare that my favourite celluloid experience belongs to John Carpenter’s seminal horror opus Halloween – the ultimate slasher film. To this day it still amazes me and brings a huge grin to my face...I can’t say enough about it.

IN STORES NOW!

..

Television:

Twin Peaks, The X-Files, Millenium, Six Feet Under, Nip Tuck, The Simpsons, Family Guy, American Dad, and Masters of Horror (although, they are mini-movies)!! P.S I FUCKING HATE ‘REALITY T.V’!!!! When will it DIE??!!!!

Books:

All-time fav is ‘American Psycho’ by Bret Easton Ellis. I also have tremendous respect for the grand dady of terror – Stephen King – most notably ‘Pet Semetary’, ‘IT’ and ‘The Shining’. In regard to magazine publication, ‘Fangoria’, Empire', and Playboy’ do the job.

Heroes:

Having always had a particular affection for the masters behind these horrific epics, here’s an uncompleted little list of some of my favourite film directors:

John Carpenter, Wes Craven, David Cronenberg, David Lynch, George A. Romero, Sam Raimi, Eli Roth, Lucio Fulci, Dario Argento, Mario Bava, Lamberto Bava, William Lustig, Quentin Tarantino, Jamie Blanks, Tobe Hooper, Don Coscarelli, Rob Zombie, Neil Marshall, Gary Sherman, Umberto Lenzi, Scott Spiegel, Larry Cohen, Chanwook Park, Sam Mendes, William Friedkin, Martin Scorsese, Alfred Hitchcock, David Fincher, Paul Verhoeven, Stanley Kubrick, James Wan, Greg McLean, Lucky McKee, James Cameron, Victor Salva, M. Night Shyamalan, Robert Rodgriguez, Lloyd Kaufman, John Landis, Spike Jonze, Herschell Gordon Lewis, Tim Sullivan, Brian DePalma, Frank Henenlotter, Peter Jackson, Bob Clark, Takashi Miike, Mick Garris, Stuart Gordon, Paul Thomas Anderson, Tom Holland, Abel Farrara, Richard Kelly, Gus Van Sant, Sean S. Cunningham, Joel & Ethan Cohen, Joel Shumacher, Joe Dante, Clive Barker, Gasper Noe, Chistopher Nolan, Brad Anderson, Darren Aronofsky, Roman Polanski, Edgar Wright, Tony Scott, Danny Boyle, Guillermo Del Toro…

and many, many more!!You scored as Captain Spaulding. You are Captain Spaulding. You love a good laugh, but when someone needs to die, you dont mind killing them. You hate people who dont like clowns, and feel they should die too. Infact, you just want to wreak havoc on anyone who hates clowns! Then enjoy a nice bucket of fried chicken after the daily killings!
