My name is Edson, but people also refer to me as Mudson, Gritson, and Hell-on-earth. I'm a modest little conservative town with a healthy population of hicks, rednecks, roughnecs, junkies, skids, and rig pigs. I don't have many extra curricular activities to offer my inhabitants so Edsonites make thier own fun. Some of the pass times of Edsonites inclued buying/ souping-up/ jumping and racing quads, shopping at my many boutiques between the hours of 11am and 5pm Monday through Friday, drag racing camaros on Main Street, listinging to Slipknot and Keith Urban, and substance abuse.Despite Edson's lack of quality day time activities, I boast a thriving night life. Check out the Stockyards Saloon Friday or Saturday night... if you like country, shit pop, and techno like most Edsonites, you're in for a real treat. Come shake it on the sticky dance floor to an Eminem hit while creepy perv riggers look on from the sidelines. If dancing isn't your forte, lurk outside and admire the atractive plywood decor while you wait to start a fight with some drunks. Finished with the bar scene, head up the highway for a corndog. 7-11 is the best place to be in Edson after 3am. and that's not just because it's the only place open either.
