..Hmmm...there is so much I could say, so I'm not sure where to begin. I guess first and foremost you should be aware that I have a VERY bad addiction to college sports. UofL will always be first (kinda has to now that I put a Card tattoo on my leg) but any college sport will monopolize my attention. I love UofL but HATE UK and I didn't have to be in NC long to figure out I love UNC but HATE Duke. I am originally from Louisville, KY but have been residing in Durham, NC since August 2006. Louisville will always remain "home" to me, but I have met so many wonderful people and made so many genuine friends in NC that I now can't imagine ever leaving. My friends truly have become my extended family. Moving to NC was a tough decision but it was a decision that has proven time and again to be the most beneficial.
My life has also seen many changes during the past two years. After twelve years of marraige, I am a newly single parent of two beautiful daughters...Kennedy is ten and McKenzie is seven. They are my light at the end of the tunnel and the reason I now work so hard toward achieving my goals!
I am a multidimensional person...there are many layers and aspects to ME. Too deep to go into on a profile. ***ALSO NOTE: IGNORANCE IS NOT BLISS! It is a refusal to expand your mind, knowledge and horizons. It breeds people that are judgemental, stereotypical, closed minded and have an inability to accept or adapt to change, even when necessary. Although you may never change your opinion on a chosen topic, open-minded people will listen to and explore the adversaries arguments and opinion to further refute and support their own. I enjoy conversation, thrive on intellectual conversations, and avoid those that are intelligence avoidant. SO...if you can't stimulate my mind...it's going to be a waste to attempt much else.
