"Boston's Bad Boy DJ"© John Reed is a DJ from the Boston, MA area and spins at Nightclubs, Weddings, and all types of Private Party's and Special Events spanning all age ranges.
He has been a Nightclub DJ for many years in Boston and has performed at some of the hottest nightclubs on Lansdowne Street, the Financial District, Commonwealth Ave., and Faneuil Hall including: Jose McIntyers, Coogans Bluff, The Point, Great Scott, Our House East, Scullers, Cosmopolitan, The Purple Shamrock, The Black Rose, Lily's, Waves at The Long Wharf Marriott, Au Tain, The 9, Dance Factory, The Tap, and International Pub as well as many special private party and corporate functions.
Also, John is a long-time music journalist and has been a Globe Correspondent at the Boston Globe newspaper for many years. His music and DVD reviews are and have been published in such national publications as: Hear/Say Magazine, MTV/SonicNet, DISCoveries Magazine, CDReviews, Jambase, AMZ Magazine, Inside Edge, USA Today, INNERCITY Magazine, Music-Critic Magazine, Amazon.com, Boston Rock, Planet Vinyl Magazine, CDNOW, and Music-Reviewer.
In addition, he has been a radio DJ and had a weekly show on WMFO FM.
