Hello there, I am Robbie Wirtig, an ISSA FITNESS TRAINER. I grew up in Danbury CT. I got into fitness about 16 years ago because I suffered from low self esteem do to being an overweight child with a learning disability and having no coordination. That made me the butt of every joke and the last kid picked. As I grew older I decided I wanted to lose weight and basically become anorexic and being six feet tall at 145lbs, it did not work so well. So I than went to therapy and started working out for myself , because I always felt I was worthless and that nobody really cared about me, always finding myself in self doubt and never giving myself a chance and it was time to change, ‘cause nobody could and would do that for me, except for me, myself & I. After 9 months of therapy from August of ’90 to June of ‘91 and a year of working out I found a new confidence in myself and people took notice. Training has brought me self worth and a better attitude towards life. And now it’s my passion to help people, love and respect themselves through working out and maintaining a proper diet, because…â€A BETTER BODY IS A BETTER YOU.†Be positive, always stand tall and smile. Let people know that your important to yourself and smile whenever you get a chance, because there is always someone else who has it worse.
