Jaz is a 24-year-old hip-hop and Grime MC from Hackney, East London. Jaz has been rapping for the past two years, but has been a familiar face on the UK Hip-Hop scene for around 6 years, and has always had a passion for Hip-Hop music and lyrics. Jaz first got into hip-hop at a young age surfing through radio stations and listening to the Kiss 100 rap show every wednesday, where she discovered UK hip-hop.Although Jaz is fairly new to writing lyrics, her years of watching other MC's and scrutinizing their lyrics have ensured a very high standard of lyrical content and a self-crytical approach.Jaz is able to write in many different genres and spit in many different flows, and despite being a hip-hop MC can rep just as well when spitting to Grime. Fuelled by the lack of talent in the scene, Jaz is a fiery, determined MC and aspires to be heard by as many people as possible!
