Esteban Nuñez

In 1977 Estebans parents arrived to Stockholm, Sweden as refuges from the military coup in Chile, Santiago. Esteban was born 3 years later and from day one he have grown up listening to all kind of music such as latin inspired rhythms to 60..s rock. At the age of 10 he recived his first casio piano to express his passion. During the 90..s Esteban found his love for clubs and electronic music. He searched and found the ways to the club scene and travelled with his friends to places such as Ibiza and Madrid to get lots of inspirations as well as from the growing scene in Stockholm. Esteban wanted to become a DJ so bad that he even tried to mix music from a CD to a cassette player, without a mixer?! In 2001 his brother introduced him to a pair of Technics and Esteban spent lots of hours playing on his "sweethearts". The hours of playing finally gave result and Esteban soon found himself behind the Dj booth playing for a real crowd. To begin with his warm up sets got the floor going with deep and sexy vibes on various club gigs. The response was big and he knew then what he wanted to keep on doing. Now he has also started to express himself by producing wonderful music, and step by step he will mark his name for shore in a near future... Esteban has also played alongside Dj..s such as Jon Silva & Babak Shayan aka Soda Inc, Chris Lake, Dave Seaman, Mark Knight, Martijn ten Velden, Freemasons, John Askew, Geoff Gains, Adam Beyer, Marco Carola, Thrillseekers, Pulser, Alex Gaudino, Özgur Can to a name a few... Today Esteban runs the club Supermercado with Niklas Paus. The venues name is Solidaritet and R1900 in Stockholm. So far they have had guests like Lisa Loud, David West, Özgur Can, Parham, Jon Silva and Ralph Lawson...
