I am here for Friends

About Me

Not much to say. I'm 22, I love music, comedy shows, weird/funny/scary/all of the above movies, and anime... and that's basically me.
Oh, I also have quite an affinity for computer games. Quite a huge affinity actually.
Wow... it's been far too long since I updated this. I think I'll go for some of my favourite recent animated videos this month. Don't expect any Christmas videos in December either!
The Cribs released this video in the run-up to Halloween. I'm sure it was just a coincidence though. "Don't You Wanna Be Relevant".
Eee, those Babyshambles are getting around a bit at the minute. What with the tabloids never leaving Mr. Doherty alone, I think it's time to celebrate what he does best. Play music. "French Dog Blues".
OK so this isn't technically all animated. But the small amount of animation in it justifies me putting this amazing video and song up. The Ghost Frequency deserve to be massive. "Never Before Have I Seen".
Ahh Real Monsters Layout and more Myspace Layouts at Skize.com

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone basically. I'm up for meeting anyone. Bring it on!

Travisty at The Grand

Last night saw two great bands at The Grand. There will be a review after I've written it, but right now I'm too hungover to think properly. So watch this space!

Just another day?

This whole Valentine's Day malarky is intriguing to say the least. Once upon a time, I just used to flat-out hate the day, disregarding it as merely a corporate cash-in. Of course, I'd never had a gir...

Remembering when...

I was just listening to a bit of old Bloc Party, and I suddenly had flashbacks to when there were only two indie bands worth knowing about, and they were Bloc Party and Franz Ferdinand. It's scary to ...

MySpace Band Review- The Perils

The Perils I don't know what it is about Brighton lately, but bands seem to be popping up there constantly. Fortunately, The Perils are one of the better ones. "Bedlocked" is a pounding tune that soun...

Thoughts and beliefs and words that make no sense.

Windmills in hurricanes look like wheat in a field. Truth can be born but it can also be killed. If you want coherence you should join a book club. Forgotten dreams live in the shadows. There are old ...

Bright Eyes- Cassadaga review

I wasn't sure what to really expect from Conor's new album, but I was sure it was going to be a very good listen. "I'm Wide Awake It's Morning" and "Digital Ash In A Digital Urn" seemed to be seperate...
