The Book of Caleb The Book of Caleb This is the MySpace profile for the soundtrack production of "The Book of Caleb," a 35 mm feature film costarring the late (great) Paul Gleason, otherwise known as Principal Richard Vernon in the 80's cult classic "The Breakfast Club." Twenty-something Caleb Callahan, a crusader without a cause, ventures back to his homeland of suburbia to live with his parents after unexpectedly dropping out of college in his final year. Once there, he quickly reunites with his childhood companions Montag, the mastermind serial prankster, and trusty sidekick, Swank.With Caleb centered in the front lines of his ranks once more, Montag is finally able to unleash an all out war against his monstrous foes Paddington, the cold blooded local real estate mogul, and sworn enemy, Officer Scar, who is not a real officer of the peace but, simply a peer with a testosterone fueled passion for social rules and societal norms.All is well in the house of Montag until Caleb’s heart finds the lovely yet twisted Cole, another lost soul searching for fulfillment. This union threatens to crumble the walls of Montag's crusade, pitting brother against brother, stretching Caleb between loyalty and love. Now, with enemies closing in, the existential Caleb is forced to answer the question: "Is it better to out-monster the monster, or to be quietly devoured?
