I'm an educator, poet, spare time musician, and an organizer. I do a lot of work with youth in Minneapolis and am a big advocate for youth empowerment programs.
I'm passionate about the spoken word art form and the freedom it can produce...big shout out to MNSWA!
I'm in the process of starting a non-profit that supports the growth of a girls soccer academy in Kenya and that's been pretty amazing and I can't wait to get back there!.
Unfortunately I have no nicknames and have been quite disappointed with that since middle school so if anyone out there has one for me, let's start it up!
I am currently on a journey pursuing spiritual growth and practice Diamond Way Buddhism through the Karma Kagyu lineage.
Lastly, I got perks through my job checkin' out free theater in Minneapolis and I love it!
