Im 20, 5'7, 190lbs....into alot of things, bit of a film buff, Saving Private Ryan Terminator 1 & 2, American History X, Boiler room, Pitch Black, Liar Lair, A bronx tale are amongst my collection of favourites.....im very disciplined and have an addictive personality, if i decide i want to do something, i keep going till i get it/there....has good points and bad points....if i become really focussed on something ( like a competition ) everything else in life takes a back seat, friendships, relationships, everything.....nothing is more important. Thats a bad point and a good point, bad because its never good to neglect people that are in your life, but good because things in your life dont get in the way and break your concentration.My life revolves around one thing, bodybuilding, i still live a relatively normal life in my off season, well......as normal as a bodybuildes life can be i guess!! None of the sacrifices ive had to make for bodybuilding bother me and i miss none of them, bodybuilding is my life, its what i do, it defines me.....if i didint have bodybuilding....i genuinely dont know what id be doing!!Probably sloathing on a couch watching shit program after shit program like 90% of the population!!

The O.C......obviously,Smallville, Friends, Scrubs, My wife & kids, Green Wing, Coupling.....possibly the funniest thing to come out on british tv.....cleft!?!!the simpsons....

Books:

Meh, dont read many books that are story related, read alot of magazines and books related to human biology ( endocrinology, that sort of thing )

Heroes:

Dont have any......dont need a hero.The closest person i hold in the respect of a hero in my eyes is my dad, he is who i learnt my discipline and work ethic from that has seen me right many times....
