I decided about a decade ago that I would learn how to predict people's feelings and thoughts via the facial clues they subconconsciously give off. But, I won't tell you if I've become good at it.
I try to be real about everything. I don't hide my thoughts and I stick to a straight path when it comes to honesty. The only possible repercussion to being a good person is not being appreciated; so,I try not to take people for granted. I expect reciprocal respect.
I live a fast paced NYC life. My job is in midtown and I am knee-deep in legal work, always, at BlackRock. I have one year left of law school. I take my gym routine seriously. I party like willy wonka. My background is 100% Persian. I love pampering those I care about. Life is about equillibrium: if you party hard, you have to work hard, too. Everything benefits from a little effort ;)

I am VERY into music. I listen to all styles/genres. I even write and record my own. I sing and know how to play many instruments. I love discussing it and learning about new bands and music that I didn't know about before.

Movies:

Reservoir Dogs, Full Metal Jacket, Born on the 4th of July, Jesus' Son, the Ice Storm, Wedding Crashers, Man on Fire, A Time to Kill, the 40 Year Old Virgin, Carlito's Way, I Heart Huckabees, Italian Job, A Clockwork Orange, Old School, Sin City, Training Day, Napoleon Dynamite, Matrix I and II but not III, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle, the Godfather Trilogy, Momento, Donny Darko, the Rules of Attraction, PCU, Almost Famous, Fight Club, Blow, Fifth Element, Head in the Clouds, Closer, Twelve Monkeys, Scarface, the Girl Next Door, etc.

Television:

I'm not a huge network TV fan anymore. I do watch the HBO series though.

I'm into philosophical/physics related books at the moment. I like to think existentially.
