Land of Lollygaggers

Just Lollygaggin' around.

About Me

I'm Lynn. I run things here at the "Land of Lollygaggers." I also go by Jen and sometimes, Kate. I wear a lot of hats...Really, I write on a lot of topics and it's just easier to use pen names. There, that's the most I'm gonna explain myself to you people.
I'm a full-time writer and poet and LOVELOVELOVE to act.
Husband (Mike, sometimes Patrick) and I have been married for over ten wonderful years and we couldn't be better matched. He's an artist. He also acts whenever he's able and we enjoy all sorts of shenanigans beyond that.
Together, we created, "Marital Bliss???" the comic strip about love, marriage and animal magnetism. "Marital Bliss???" stars, Princess and Max and will be one of the sexiest comic-strips to push the envelope of newspaper comics, in some time.
It can be found by following the links above or right here on MySpace . We are currently seeking syndication and have quite a few readers, so check it out.
We also run Team Allen and are available for commissions. Just send me your needs and I'll get back to you in no less than three days.
I taught for a few years; before deciding it was beneath me and that I would rather eat qagh stew than teach another gorram day.
I am currently working on a number of projects, the top three are: a sci-fi comic book, a horror novel, and a cookbook. Oh, and a western romantic comedy and a children's book. (Yeah, I have issues with limiting myself to one project.
I also blog fairly regularly.
Under Construction, Excuse my mess.

My Interests

Few things are better than a tall glass of iced tea, in my opinion...Of course, it goes without saying it's already sweet--like good 'southern tea should be.

I just love getting postcards...If you are interested in sending me postcards--via, snail-mail--let me know.

Although I despise admittin' it. I am very interested in "education" and can't wait to homeschool...I still work on curriculm...Only now...I'm in it for my "kids" and whomever is willin' to pay.

I often ponder going into politics just so I can get on the O'Reilly Factor...Annoy "Bill" to the point of him tellin' me to "Shut up!" So's I can pop him one in the jaw.

Obviously, lollypops. I love 'em. Here is a fantastic little archive I stumbled onto at DeviantArt. If I ever get a better camera, This is a theme I have to do at least once. I love gettin' lollies and will send you a pic of me and the lolly if you want to send me one, or send me a pic of you with a lolly...No naked pictures please, unless they're really hot.

I'd like to meet:

People from the really-real world...Hmmmm...Okay, I want to meet anyone that wants to be met. Not really...If you are under twenty-one, please do not request me as a "friend." Sorry, that's the way I roll, baby.

Also, don't just start 'clickin all whimsical like...Message me first...It only takes a moment to be courteous.

If you are an author, you had best be messagin' me to see where you can send a copy of your book. I am no longer adding authors unless I have read your book and I ain't buyin' it. I'll read it, if it's good...I'll review it and add you as a friend. Same goes for bands...Only a demo. Sorry, that's the way it is.
