It all started in 2003 when I moved to Omaha. Now I'm a Omaha native but I never lived there. At first I was thinkin like this shit is going to be lame but I had to get over it. I lived in North O at 3005 Myrtle St. I went to school at Central High, where I would meet my best friend Justin aka Midwest Killa. He was originally from San Diego, California but had been livin in the O for a hot minute. Anyway he was my runnin partner cuz I didnt know that many other people. People mainly knew me as "Smoove" cuz I used to sing to all the females. Me and Midwest Killa would be freestylin wit niggaz at 5th period lunch. Thats were I met Mike AKA Doughboy and Twiggy. At first we started a group called Drastic but being young that didnt last. Me and killa wanted to do this music on the real so we came up wit a plan to do it. Plans got put on hold when I moved away to go to school. But the dream was still there. At that school I met the sickest young mc that I ever heard in my life. He went by the name Young Chris and I met a spanish rapper from Elsalvodor, who went by the name CLD. The three of us clicked like that. Thats how 187 started. I justed picked up Killa, Twiggy and Doughboy. Now we had a group but we needed to record. At first that was a struggle cuz we all was broke. I mean we weren't going nowhere at first so I decided I needed to make a move. It was too hot for me to go out and get that work plus I needed something secure. So I joined the military to get the ball rollin and Killa followed in my footsteps. Once in the door we started or own record label One Shot Ent and have been runnin every since. The number one thing I want to do wit my music is to help put Omaha on the map. People always shit on my city and I'm tired of it. Niggaz might want to check my history in Omaha and find I wasn't there to long but I promise you Im being a real nigga. My Kin Folk are there, I'm a native, shit I'mma fuckin rep it cuz most people are afraid to. I'm riddin for all the niggaz on this mission and I'mma die doin it. Bishop.
