I will guarentee that any game purchased from me has been cleaned and tested and will be guarenteed for 14 days (from the shipment date -online orders) or 7 days (for in-store purchases). Certain games (like RPG's) have a 14 day Guarentee regardless of where they are purchased. Systems also have a 14 day Guarentee regardless of where they were purchased. All items which are returned will be tested and proven defective before I issue a refund. I will only issue a cash refund on items I do not have a replacement for.

Please remember that all sales on games that are not defective are final. This is to keep people from buying, playing, and returning games every week. I keep records of the conditions of my games and if it is returned in a condition signifigantly worse than it was purchased in, the warranty will be void. Please be honest when returning an item.
