Ricky Raines passed away on June 20th, 2008. His page will stay up in honor of Ricky and his amazing achievements as an artist and songwriter. Although Ricky lived a short life, we know he would want to thank his fans for the support through his tough times and continue to spread the word of Ricky around the world. ..................Money doesn't make you happy. I should know, I'm a trust fund multi-millionaire, only child and have never been in love. My parents died from "the accident" when I was 12 and that's when I realized life is misery and death is truth. I currently live with my grandparents. I live there because they don't want me there and it's punishment for my grandpa because he treats me so bad and I like the pain. My grandpa wishes I was never born. Although grandma loves me, she won't come to my rescue when grandpa slaps or flicks me for acting "queer". He just doesn't understand. I was raised baptist because my parents were hardcore christians and would take me to anti-abortion rallies and West Hollywood to see "Products Of The Devil". My parents also flourished financially during the dot.com era.
I just got out of the Heartflight Ministries (Christian Boarding School) that my crazy frakken grandpa put me in 12 years ago. And to all the jocks who made fun of the way I look and snicker behind my back, you ruined my life and the dark father will get you back.
I bought some recording equipment so I can really express myself in this depressing life. It's state of the art. I wanted the best so my music and words are truth.
I'm Ricky Raines and this is my band. I like to sing about depression and getting revenge on the people who wronged me. I'm starting a life sucks blog club where the main topics are peeping, knife collecting, and Ted Levine.
