CRACKER BARREL Cheese was introduced in 1954.Kraft Natural Cheese is made from the best ingredients, finest cultures, fresh milk and pure Rennet (a natural substance for turning milk to curds and whey). Thirteen rigorous tests must be passed by each lot of cheese before it gets our seal of approval. Our milk is supplied daily by 33,000 cows.
