Jezebels Lust is the brainchild of DJ Rich Pack & Jae, which saw the night initially run on a Wednesday at The Cube and Star (now Electricity Showrooms) in Hoxton, the opening night saw a surprise set from Babyshambles, which set the standard of things to come, after a whirlwind six months, which saw the likes of Goldielocks & The Voxx play, Rich & Jae were told the venue would be closing, so to sign off in style we welcomed Nick Olivera's (formerly of Queens of the Stone Age) Mondo Generator, who played their only UK date at Jezebels Lust as part of their European Tour.As one door closes, another opens, and with that Jezebels Lust returned six months later at the legendary 12 Bar on Denmark Street. The night has now been running for over a year at the venue and is held on th first Friday of every month, during that time, Jezebels Lust has welcomed some exciting acts including The Sea, Marner Brown, Blackmarket, Red Track, LR Rockets, The Deserters, Fucking Vegas, ENL & The Runaway Sons. These acts have appeared at Glastonbury, V Festival, Bestival, Zoo Festival and the XFM Winter Wonderland at Brixton Academy and have also gone on to support CSS, The Sterophonics, The Maccabees, Ocean Colour Scene and Richard Hawley to name but a few, one of the acts even played at Roman Abramovich's daughters 18th birthday bash!!!!The nights are proving such a hit that the place has been a total sell out for the last three months and there is plenty more of that coming along.
