There are many people I'd like to meet, that goes without saying.
I'd really like to meet Douglas Adams, but I think the best I'll be able to do with that is just listen to him reading his books on tape.
Or if I find some other plane of existence, and in fact a way to get to it, then by all means I may be able to meet him there. But if our universe is any indication, if I did actually manage to succesfully enter into another dimension or plane of existence, either one of four things may resut as the consequences:
1. The fact that I would then be in essence a demi-Pan-Dimensional being, there is absolutely no way of knowing what form I would take upon entering said "new" dimension, I could, comaparibly to our Universe, be the size of a flea in relation to the size of the beings there, which would translate to very difficult passing through vast distances in theirs.
2. Assuming I live through the transport process I may cause a chain reaction resulting in the Universe, both on their end and ours changing in drastic ways.
3. Number two could well have already happened at this point.
4. If we use our universe for a basis of understanding, then assuming I make it there, it would be such a vastly hugely, mind-boggingly big place that any hope of finding anyone in particular would be astronomically improbable.
