The Boom Room was started By two professional djs in early 2005, both DJ's Jepi and Jods have been involved in the music industry for many years, djing, production and remixing for various record companies.

Jodz Knowlegde of the music started as a young DJ working may of the major dance nights in the North West. Jodz has worked with may artists and been able to adust to many styles of music from Dance, Trance to Hip Hop & RnB and he's able to develop his music style's to suite the artist.
Jodz previous production work and remixes for record companies and radio stations include * Shai - If i ever Fall * Amerie - 1 Thing * Fat Joe - Lean Back * Kapital K from Body RoQ Records * Mary J Blige - Love is all we Need * Khia - My Neck
Jodz spent time as a student at Manchester School of Sound Recording and is qualified in Music Production, Engineering and DJ Skills and techniques, and has a vast knowlege on computer music and Music Technology.
Jepi
Jepi started DJing in 1982, inspired by the mixes of Greg Wilson, Chad Jackson, Stu Allen and Duncan Smith (RIP), he started working on pause mixes on his hifi. In 1990 after months of saving and various bank loans Jepi built his first studio, soon he started working mixes for Sunset Radio and various pirates, later to work mixes for Kiss fm, Galaxy 102, Key 103, Soul Nation, Buzz fm and North Soul 107.9fm.In 2002 Jepi was asked to work for Skratchlab Radio where for two years he hosted is own show playing a mixture of UK, US, Independent Hip Hop plus Old School classics and Breakbeats, Skratchlab is due back in 2007.

In early 2000's Jepi started producing tracks for Disco Mix Club, after years of trying he finally got a number of his remixes released, artists included.
