Vicious V., born Oscar Vasquez is among the few to make a distinct impact in the radio industry in the Rio Grande Valley. In 2003, he accepted the position as night show host on Entravisions (KKPS - Que Pasa 99.5). Within months,his "feature" show (Corridos Viciosos) quickly jumped to Number 1 in the market (7p -12a).That wasn't enough.Vicious then moved to Clear Channels (KBFM - Wild 104) and acquired the same show time. Once again, gained Number 1 status (7p -12a), then Number 1 again (3p - 7p). In addition to being promoted to Afternoon Drive host, know-how in the production department landed him Imaging Director for Wild 104 during his stay at Clear Channel. Soon after departing Clear Channel, Vicious created Studio V2 with a focus on assisting communicators and clients everywhere in imaging production for Radio and TV. Though strong-minded, talented and full of ambition, Vicious influences have encouraged him to do more.
