KhanTact has spent the majority of his life living in Prince Georges County, Maryland, a Washington D.C. Metropolitan area suburb. At the young age of 9 or 10 years old, KhanTact met Hip-Hop. It was love at first sight, actually, love at first listen. Almost immediately, KhanTact became an avid listener and began spending time writing his own songs. At that time, being raised in an area so close to Washington D.C., the buzz of Hip-Hop could not match the sting of Go-Go, for most people, But not KhanTact. He was bitten by the beats and stung by the rhymes, infected with metaphors, similes and slick lines. With the progression of time, he continued to write and rhyme, building a beautiful balance of content, flow and delivery. Work with different artists, groups, DJs, and producers over the years, along with time, has helped KhanTact develop a timeless and matured style consisting of originality, reality, versatility and variety of flow.
