If you don't live for something you will die for nothing!

About Me

"What's UP?""Work"I am the General Manager for an equipment manufacturer. I am also in charge of International Sales / Export Controls which permits me to travel the globe to support a network of dealers.

I am the youngest member of the KDEC (Kentucky District Export Council) which reports directly to the US Dept. of Commerce.
"Married Life"I am married going on ten years to my high school sweet heart (membership has its privileges). She is a great wife and wonderful mother.
"Kids"I have two sons and a daughter. Tate is 9, Hadlee-Ray is 7 and Shafer-Ty is 3.
Tate is the natural born leader of the group.
Shafer-Ty (even though he is younger) believes that he can do everything his older brother can do - even better.
Luckily for Hadlee-Ray (being the only girl with two brothers) I taught her a mean left hook. I "Pity the Fool" that messes with my daughter.
"Sports" Most of my free time is spent on my kids' activities.

I never wanted to be the parent who sits on the park bench and watches their children play at the park. This philosophy explains why I am the "Old Man" tearing it up at the skatepark on the BMX Bike.

Tate is adding tricks to his repertoire with each session.

Hadlee-Ray is the only girl actually participating in something other than watching the boys at the skatepark.

Shafer is the only 3 year old I know that rides the ramps at the skatepark with training wheels no less. Shafer just got a new bike (check my photos section) and is learning to ride "With NO Training Wheels" now.

Outside of the skatepark we are also busy, in lots of different activities and sports. My Coaching resume includes to sports of t-ball, baseball, football and soccer.

Hadlee-Ray excells at Cheerleading. Last year was her first competition season and she won several trophies with her team as well as competition as an individual.

Tate has the kick to play defensive soccer just not the control. He cleared the parents deck out on several ocasions during last seasons Indoor Soccer at the Tri-County YMCA.

Shafer-TY is our "little swimmer". He was double promoted at his first swim lessons and is in the same skill level at Tate and Hadlee-Ray. Shafer-Ty can also jump off the smaller diving board at the Eleanor Pool and swim to the side by himself.

With the untimely closing of the Conley Soccer House in Hurricane I lost the place at which I have donated the most DNA (blood to the astro turf) over the past couple of Indoor Soccer Seasons.

In addition to Indoor Soccer I was the Captain of an Adult Dodgeball Team that played at Conley also.

If anyone reading this in the Charleston / Huntington area needs a sweeper for soccer please consider me. I have shoes / cleats and will travel.
"Free Time"My schedule doesn’t allow me much free time but I regularly go to the gym daily before work during the week to lift weights. I also like to ride my Nishiki road bike or go for a run before bed to wind down.
"Babysitter Nirvana"A state of Nirvana is achieved when a brave soul steps forward and offers to babysit our three kids.

My wife and I usually mention in conversation during our time alone that the kids probably have the sitter tied up to a tree at this very moment.

You can bet that if it ever did happen that there would be photos posted on this very page because after all it would be priceless...............................Layout made by CreateBlog.com .
