and a 'LIVE KARAOKE' where YOU can choose a track from our list and become the lead singer of the band...
We have about 100 songs on the set list, including classic tracks from artists as diverse as Blondie, Beyonce, Dolly Parton, White Stripes, Velvet Underground, and The Sex Pistols..
The Cigarettes have performed at pubs and clubs including a residency at the Shunt Lounge (London Bridge), Macbeth Pub (Hoxton), and The King's Head Theatre Pub (Islington), and for weddings, parties and functions at The Dorchester Hotel (For Norman Foster, compered by Kevin McCleod), National Liberal Club, Royal Institute of British Architects, Barts Hospital, and Kenwood House.
We arrange the music ourselves and can offer any style of music/song for arrangement, from pop, rock, Latin, jazz, reggae, ska, country, to classical. We are made up of experienced pro musicians who have played with and recorded with the great and the good, from the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to Paul McCartney. The line up is 2 lead singers and 5 multi-instrumentalists/backing vocalists.
The ‘Live Karaoke’ can work in its own festival tent or on a stage in a venue.
