About Me

MY FITNESS WEBSITE Hello. My name is John. I have been training for years, around 10 now, and have made lots of gains.
However, it was not always as good as it is now for me. Getting into working out was a difficult experience due to my being so skinny when Iwas younger. I was extremely discouraged when I saw how much bigger everyone else was than me, not to mention how much more they could liftthan me. I wanted to be bigger and stronger, but didn't know how.
At first, I frustrated myself to no end reading muscle magazines and asking various people around the gym. Each person had their own methodsand "secrets" to rapid muscle gain and strength training . Of course, every single one of them wasdifferent from the rest. It was then that my frustration turned me to the internet.
I begain researching various sources and methods and discovered some e-books that gave me some true insight upon the many methods ofexercising to get what I wanted. Later, with my schedule being hectic and inconsistent, I could not train the same way each day. Instead, Ifound three different methods of training which gave me the versatility that I needed to convince my body to make the gains that it did.
Because my first goal was to gain mass and strength, I needed to find a regimen that would help me to do this. After going through a fewbooks, I discovered the first book which showed me exactly what I needed to do in order to accomplish this:
Hyper Growth Muscle Mass Training
With the tips and techniques in this book, I was able to gain over 30 lbs. of muscle mass my first year, and my bench increased by over 100%!That, combined with the resistance training that Iwas incorporating into my regular routine, brought about amazing gains in size and performance.
However, as I began to get older and my career matured, I later found myself in another dilemma. I didn't have the time that I used to to getinto the gym! My needs then moved towards finding a way to maintain my gains and strength levels with less time, and fewer days in the gym.This led me to discovering the book called:
Turbulence Training
This book showed me how to maximize my effectiveness in the gym, with fewer days in the gym. I was able to keep my muscle mass from degradingas it did in so many of my friends that slowly alienated themselves from the gym.
Today, I am focusing on building up my lean musclemass foundation before I try to re-build my strength and mass as it once was. I am following the techniques found in the book:
Lightning Speed Fitness Program
With the methods that I am using from this book, I am training myself with techniques that can be utilized anywhere. Similar to the methodsfound in the combat training of the special forces and martial arts training, I am building up my foundation and core muscle strength with immediate results!
I hope that my experiences through trial and error help you to find the right training methods for you. I filtered through all of the"garbage" and rumors of training techniques and methods and found the ones which brought the best results for me. Please utilize them to youradvantage and I will give more information when I can... I will continue to share everything that I find to be effective, in order to saveanyone the time it took me through trial and error.

My Interests

Training in the gym. (obviously) I love to hike, surf, scuba dive, and traveling as well. I am an athlete, so play any kind of sport when I get a chance...I love my 325i! I probably spend too much time taking care of it. I wash it once a week as a planned event, but usually end up washing it twice or more!
