Wow, seeing how I haven't edited this profile in over a year seems about time for an update!I've been living in Grenada as a Medical Student, on the island until the end of 2009 when I will return to the States for my clinical studies. Things are bitter sweet here. Sweet is the island-- absolutely georgeous in every which way, bitter that I'm spending 80 hours a week studying so I don't enjoy it as much as I would like to. No lie tho, I feel super lucky to get the opportunity to be here and I do get out on adventures more than some sudents and it's absolutely fantastic. The advantage of being here is that I can be the best student I can be without any distractions and SGU is the best around. I do miss my life back home, especially my fiancee Bret and puppy love Spike. I'm not sure when I'll be able to return back to Fort Pierce, but hopefully a specific clinical or residency program will bring me closer sooner. I think most of you really need no introductions as to who I am, but if you didn't know, I've been keping a blog of how my life's been since entering Medical School at http://wookiedance.wordpress.com/ Granted it only gets updated after every major exam and pictures months late, I try. I'm not too good at blogging, even though I'm considering making another site for "bretandjess" to deal with wedding planning, etc so when we're ready in 4 years we can finally just do it-- haha.I'm happy Phish is back!!
